When does my time start?
The purchased duration starts when that licence is first activated on the PC.
Can I use the same key on another PC?
A licence is device-bound after activation. If you legitimately need a device reset, contact Support.
Do I buy Vinted and eBay separately?
No. The same current licence gives access to both workspaces.
Do I need Ollama?
Only for local AI features. Normal saved-search scanning and instant alerts can work with AI disabled.
